Kaur Kaasikmäe and Janika Roots Join Everaus Real Estate Board
In the company's board, founder member Janar Muttik continues, alongside whom board member Kaur Kaasikmäe, who works as development director in the company, and Janika Roots, who serves as financial director, will perform board member duties.

I believe that a multi-member board is able to consider and implement decisions together even more effectively, providing confidence to investors and banks and creating trusting and long-term relationships with clients and business partners," commented Janika Roots.
Development Director Kaur Kaasikmäe has managed and curated various residential and commercial real estate projects over more than 15 years. Kaasikmäe's experience and systematic approach to process management gives the company additional strength to implement both large-scale developments and niche projects, which Everaus Kinnisvara is known for on the market. "My goal as a board member is to apply my long-term real estate development experience to build professional development processes and bring in the necessary expertise. This enables us to focus on product development and create even higher quality residential and commercial environments," commented Kaur Kaasikmäe.
