Everaus and Scandium Develop Elegant Townhouses in Viimsi
Everaus Real Estate and Scandium Real Estate acquired 6 properties last week in an estimated pine-based area in the seaside part of Viimsi. The development called Viimsiranna Residents will include up to 66 elegant homes with private gardens. The completion of the first townhouses is planned for the end of 2023.
