Estmak Capital and Nordecon begin construction of the third house in the Kuuseheki residential area
Estonian real estate development company Estmak Capital has started construction of the third and final apartment building in the Kuuseheki residential area in Saue, which is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022. The building costs 3.6 million euros. Even before construction began, more than a hundred people have shown interest in the apartments.
"By now, two buildings have been completed in the Kuuseheki residential area, and happy owners have been found for their apartments. Mainly young families live there, who value the greenery of Saue town, the peaceful area, and the quick direct connection to Tallinn. The close proximity of kindergarten, school, and many other services is also appreciated," said Timofey Sukonkin, chairman of the board of Estmak Capital. By next summer, a road connecting Saue town and Laagri village will also be completed, making travel even more convenient.
According to Sukonkin, Saue is a developing and growing, yet still peaceful town with an established rhythm of life, located a 15-minute drive from the capital. "At the same time, you can get a modern A-energy class apartment in Saue significantly cheaper than in Tallinn. We have opened the possibility on our website to put yourself on the list of interested buyers for Kuuseheki's 54 apartments, which hundreds of people have already done," added the entrepreneur. Sukonkin noted that just as in the capital, demand for new living spaces in the municipalities and towns surrounding Tallinn also exceeds supply. "Prices don't rise as sharply as in Tallinn, but they are still in steady growth. People value proximity to nature and quick connection to the capital," explained Sukonkin.
The construction contract for Kuuseheki 54 apartment building was signed with Nordecon. The contract amount is 3.6 million euros, to which value-added tax is added. The building completion date is summer 2022. "We are pleased to continue cooperation with a client with whom the previous buildings in the same residential area have also been completed in a trusting atmosphere. We also highly value Estmak Capital's forward-thinking and environmentally conscious approach," commented Priit Luman, board member of Nordecon AS.
Similar to the two previous buildings, Kuuseheki 54 will also be built as a three-story building containing 48 apartments – two-, three-, and four-room units. The building is constructed according to new A-energy class standards. Each apartment includes a spot in an open parking lot, which also has charging stations for electric cars. Upon request, an apartment owner can purchase a storage unit. Young residents will enjoy an illuminated and safe courtyard with a large playground.
