Estateguru Investors Voted Rocca Tower C as Best Project of Last Year
Investors of Estateguru, an international crowdfunding platform of Estonian origin, voted Rocca Tower C as the best project of 2023. Last year, a total of 430 different projects were financed in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania, with the total investment amount reaching nearly 100 million euros.
"This is a very nice recognition of successful cooperation between two strong players. In today's interest environment, crowdfunding offers a decent return for small investors and is a very significant alternative to commercial banks for developers," said Robert Laud, head of Endover, the developer of Rocca Tower C, which won the title of best project of the year.
"This project is outstanding in many ways, but for Estateguru investors, it was above all about exemplary partnership and very decent returns, as a bridge loan of nearly 2 million euros provided across nine stages offered investors a return of 11.5% on an annual basis," said Tauri Tiik, Estateguru Estonia's managing director. "We have a very good partnership with Endover, we have done excellent work together and our investors think so too," added Tiik. Last year, 29,890 unique investors made investments on the Estateguru platform, of which over three thousand did so for the first time. The average return on investments was 9.7% and the total amount repaid to investors exceeded 140 million euros.
Rocca Towers is a residential and business quarter that combines modern architecture with the natural beauty of a waterfront suburb. The 18-story tower building located on Haabersti quiet grove has a height of 70 meters above sea level and the building consists of both spacious apartments and small residences as well as business premises on the lower floors. The last homes of Rocca Towers, which consists of five residential buildings, will be ready for occupancy by the end of spring and the entire quarter will be completed this summer.
