Estateguru investors loaned out 350 million in Estonia
In early August, a loan of 211,000 euros granted for the reconstruction of Volta Villa exceeded the total financing of Estonian real estate projects through the Estateguru platform by 350 million euros.
In total, over 1,500 different real estate projects have been financed in Estonia, and of the more than 161,000 investors registered on the Estateguru platform, about 20,000 are from Estonia. "We financed our first loan in Estonia in 2014 and have been the pioneer and clearly the largest financer of real estate projects in the Baltic countries for all these ten years," commented Estateguru's head Mihkel Stamm, according to whom the most loans have been issued in Estonia and the partners include many leading Estonian real estate developers, such as Endover, Everaus, Reterra and others.
The historic Volta Villa reconstruction project has so far been financed in eleven stages totaling 3.5 million euros. During the reconstruction, 23 apartments will be created in the main building of the Volta Quarter and the century-old environmentally valuable architecture of the building will be revived. "We have been cooperating with Endover for years. Volta Kvartal, Klaussoni Kommivabrik and Rocca Towers are just a few striking examples of this," described Stamm and recalled that it was precisely Rocca Tower IV that platform investors chose as the best project of the previous year.
