The First Fifty Families Move to the New Järveküla Residential Area Worth Nearly 50 Million
One-third of the nearly 50 million euro residential development in Uus-Järveküla with over 200 townhouses and semi-detached houses is complete, fifty families will move into their new homes in the coming weeks, and for the first time today, a home seeker has the opportunity to move into a new townhouse as early as tomorrow.
According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the company decided to build new homes with a small buffer stock. "For the first time in the last decade, we have a situation where a townhouse home does not have to be purchased on paper, but can be selected on-site in completely finished houses with a finish that suits you," said Vähi.
"Uus-Järveküla is a complete residential district for families who want to live in the midst of nature, in close proximity to the city and prefer greater privacy compared to what apartment buildings offer," said Invego's development manager, adding that all homes have gardens and large terraces. In Uus-Järveküla, shops, schools and kindergartens are within walking distance, and there are good connections to the city by both public transport and car.
The Uus-Järveküla residential district is being developed by Invego and the financial partner of the project is EfTEN Capital's real estate fund EfTEN United Property Fund. Uus-Järveküla was designed by PIN Architects and NOBE is responsible for the construction work.
Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies, which has built over 1,100 homes and 20,000 m2 of commercial space in Tallinn and its surroundings in recent years. Invego's largest developments are the recently completed Tiskreoja and Tabasalu Kodu, as well as the Luccaranna residential district currently under construction.
