Building Materials Day Marks the Start of Housing Fair 2025
The Estonian Housing Fair begins on Wednesday, June 4th with Building Materials Day, where various building materials manufacturers showcase their innovations.
„The opening of Estonia's first housing fair is quite symbolic – with building materials manufacturers – after all, every house construction requires materials first," said Marina Vaganova, executive director of the Estonian Association of Building Materials Manufacturers. „Our association brings together a wide variety of building materials manufacturers, which is well visible at the Housing Fair. Under our roof operate manufacturers of building bricks and concrete, steel, glass as well as windows and doors and many other building solutions," added Vaganova.
The Estonian Association of Building Materials Manufacturers (EETL) organizes on Wednesday, June 4th at 12:00 at the Jõelähtme housing fair, next to the main building of Estonian Golf & Country Club Golf Resort in a large tent – Building Materials Day, where various building materials manufacturers showcase their innovations:

Followed by a panel discussion: Who is responsible? Clarity on the chain of responsibility in the construction process, in which various parties in construction discuss the distribution of responsibility in building – Oliver Napits (IB Telora OÜ), Henry Ristimägi (Malmerk Klaasium OÜ), Jürgen Einpaul (Estkonsult OÜ), Marek Hergauk (Merko Ehitus Eesti AS).
At the housing fair, three EETL member companies are represented with their model houses: Bauroc AS, Framm AS and Lasita Aken AS.
At the housing fair, nine EETL members participate with their products: Bauroc AS, Betoonimeister AS, Esco/Weckman AS, Ikodor AS, Lasita Aken AS, Limestone Factories of Estonia OÜ, Rudus AS, Saint-Gobain Eesti AS, Wienerberger AS.

June 11-15 (Wednesday-Sunday), 10:00-18:00.
The Estonian Association of Building Materials Manufacturers is an association of companies engaged in the production and sale of building materials, founded in 1993. EETL has five product groups: windows and doors, concrete, building products, binders and fillers, and steel.
