1. Aaspere Manor, price 670,000€
Aaspere Manor is first mentioned in 1583. The manor received its Estonian name from the von Hastferite noble family, to whom it belonged until the beginning of the 18th century.
The manor's early classical two-story main building was completed in the 1770s–80s. Aaspere Manor house is one of the finest examples of classical manor architecture.

On the south bank of the Konuvere River stands a beautifully renovated Konuvere Manor. The manor's classical main building was built in the early 19th century and was erected by the Rennenkampff family.

Rava Manor (Rawaküll in German) was established in the early 17th century and its first owners were the Helffreichs. The manor's current main building and most of the outbuildings were built in 1850 and have been gradually renovated over the past 17 years. During renovation, the wide wooden floors, windows and doors have been preserved.
The manor house has a full basement, one of whose most unique features is a wine cellar.

On the first floor there are eleven different renovated rooms, the most important of which are a spacious hall, dining room and six bedrooms. As a special feature, the bedrooms have toilets in their corners. On the south bank of the picturesque Järlepa Lake stands a single-story classical manor house that was completed in 1805 during the time of August von Kotzebue. The building is surrounded by a beautiful park and numerous outbuildings. A straight avenue one and a half kilometers long leads to the manor, directed straight toward the central axis of the main building.
The manor complex's main building is 608 m² and is situated on two levels, with a vaulted basement floor and a high first floor featuring the tall windows characteristic of classical style.
