The unique learning and business campus planned by Estonian Business School SA (EBS) in Tallinn at Lauteri 3 has received official building permission, and large-scale construction work will begin in the second half of this year. The total area of the campus will be 44,000 m2 in the future and the estimated cost of the development project is 100 million euros. The project is being implemented by EBS together with Metro Capital.

As a landmark part of the learning and business campus, a 30-story high-rise will rise in Tallinn city center at Lauteri 3, designed by ALA Architects from Finland (their more well-known architectural works include the Helsinki Oodi Library and the new terminal of Vantaa Airport).

The concept of the campus being built envisions the creation of a unique business and learning development hub for various stakeholders related to business and business education. This means that in the future, the campus will offer many diverse opportunities for learning and self-improvement as well as responsible business activities. In addition, many exciting events that align with stakeholder interests will take place there, including conferences, concerts, and other events.

EBS's current school building will form an important part of the campus – most of the lecture halls will remain in the existing school building. The new building will add team spaces, quiet study areas, some high-tech classrooms, and various event hosting spaces, with the largest capable of hosting events with up to 500 participants. In addition to teaching and collaboration spaces, the architectural solution of the new development includes offices and entrepreneurship with rental options for 500 workstations. The building complex also includes plans for catering areas, a sports hall, a rooftop garden, and 100 exclusive apartments. The sale of apartments begins in 2024 and is organized by Metro Capital.

With the EBS campus, a unique environment is being created for stakeholders who value responsible business and self-development. Whether they are starting or experienced entrepreneurs, students, self-learners, lecturers, mentors, investors, or organizations. An inspiring environment, motivating people, and their entrepreneurial lifestyle create opportunities for development and experimentation in the campus at both the individual and corporate levels. Here, collaboration points are created between people and organizations inspired by responsible growth. Together, challenges are solved and people become indicators and shapers of the future of the business environment.
