Kaisa Hiire Joins Domus Kinnisvara Board

Domus Kinnisvara Vahendus OÜ, which provides real estate consulting, brokerage, and valuation services, has appointed Kaisa Hiire, with extensive real estate market experience, as a new member of the board.

Kaisa Hiire, who previously managed Domus's Tartu office, joined the company out of a need to strengthen the service business processes. Raul Reino, founder and board member of Domus Kinnisvara, said that with Kaisa Hiire's addition, the board gained nearly 20 years of real estate market experience, and at the same time, considerable ambition for the future. "The sector is on the brink of change – a generational transition among clients coupled with a shift in demographic trends, explosive growth in technological opportunities, and so on. Both valuation and brokerage services need to be rethought and reimagined in a way that benefits all market participants in 5 or 10 years' time as well," added Raul Regno.

Kaisa Hiire said she is greatly honored and pleased to join the senior management of Domus Kinnisvara Vahendus OÜ. "Domus Kinnisvara has demonstrated consistent growth over 22 years. We have a strong team and a synergy-creating service portfolio. However, we can certainly do many things even better, and I am pleased to contribute to gazelle-like growth," said Kaisa Hiire.

Having started her real estate market career in 2006, Kaisa Hiire has spent most of her career working as a real estate appraiser, holding the highest level 7 professional qualification in real estate valuation for a long time. She holds a master's degree in real estate planning and for the last 5 years has managed the Domus Kinnisvara Tartu office.
