Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held in Tartu parish on a plot at Nõlvakaare 8. CRAMO will become the tenant of the building under construction to the extent of 50%, with the other half of the building awaiting a tenant. The owner and developer of the building, which will be completed in September of this year, is Kaarsilla Kinnisvara, and the builder is Embach Ehitus OÜ.

In their speeches, Kaarsilla Kinnisvara CEO Made Vares, Embach Ehitus board chairman Andres Salusaar, and Cramo representative Andrei Vallimets expressed their gratitude for the cooperation during these challenging times, praised their cooperation partners and builders for their excellent teamwork, and expressed satisfaction with the progress of construction so far. Tartu Parish Mayor Jarno Laur, who participated in laying the cornerstone, expressed his pleasure at the new business building that will serve the parish with various services.

The wreath attached to the beam was brought down from the roof by Kaarsilla Kinnisvara development director Viljar Jänes, Embach Ehitus project manager Martin Mark, and Cramo representative Jaan Aruväli.

The two-story glass facade of the building being constructed next to Terminal Oil Raadi service station opens to a view towards the highway, and there is a spacious customer parking lot in front of the building. On the back of the building there is a spacious warehouse space equipped with large lifting platforms and a parking lot whose dimensions also allow maneuvering with trucks. Pedestrians have access from the Raadi-Kõrveküla cycling path.

Next to the building being completed there are two plots at Nõlvakaare 4 and Nõlvakaare 6 which are free for development.
