Construction work begins today on the second phase of Keila Park Homes residential quarter worth 17 million
Invego's 17 million euro Keila Pargikodude residential quarter, currently under development, saw construction company NOBE begin its second phase construction work today, during which 40 new homes will be completed by the end of summer next year.
According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, one-fifth of the homes in the second phase have already been sold before construction began. "Buyers consider the park forest surrounding the homes as the greatest value, as it brings just the right amount of privacy and greenery to the homes. In addition, the spacious layouts and large balconies and terraces, which are designed as an extension of the living room, are highly appreciated," explains Vähi and emphasizes that when choosing a new home, buyers are increasingly valuing exactly these kinds of details that ultimately create a comprehensive living environment for the future.
According to Vähi, many of Keila Pargikodude's residents have previously lived in the same area, and for them this is primarily a major step forward in terms of quality of life. "At the same time, those preferring a quieter lifestyle from the capital have also purchased new homes here. Keila has excellent connections to Tallinn, with trains running 50 times a day in both directions," explains Vähi, who notes that even more impressive is the development the city itself has undergone in recent years. "New services and leisure activities have been continuously added, not to mention kindergartens and schools," describes the Invego CEO, giving as an example the recently completed large Keila Center with a cinema, as well as the architecturally award-winning song festival stage and numerous ways to do sports from swimming pools to ski slopes.
The Keila Pargikodude residential quarter consists of six A-energy class apartment buildings, which will accommodate 120 one to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces along with thoughtfully designed rest and play areas, which include a small adventure park for children. Additionally, all home buyers receive a five-year construction warranty from Invego, so that new owners don't have to worry about their investment and can settle comfortably into their new home. Pargikodud is located in a highly green area just a few steps away from Keila's health trails, water center and Keila school.
