Construction of the Final Phase of the 40 Million Euro New-Järveküla Residential Area Has Begun
Invego has started construction on the final phase of the Uus-Järveküla residential area with a total of 165 row and semi-detached houses worth 40 million euros, during which the last 32 homes will be completed by the beginning of 2026.

"While the last three years have been calmer on the real estate market in general, new homes in Uus-Järveküla row houses have been purchased continuously throughout this period, and so we have reached the final phase of construction and sales," says Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, and adds as confirmation of his words that in just the first two months of this year alone, 8 new homes have found owners.
"Essentially, people are buying themselves a house at the price of a larger apartment—albeit a row house, but with many of the benefits of a house and only some of the obligations," explains Vähi about the main reason why Uus-Järveküla finds new residents so quickly.
