Invego has started construction on the final phase of the Uus-Järveküla residential area with a total of 165 row and semi-detached houses worth 40 million euros, during which the last 32 homes will be completed by the beginning of 2026.

In the Uus-Järveküla residential area with a total of 165 homes, all semi-detached houses have been sold by now, but row house units can still be selected either for immediate move-in or planned according to your wishes. "While the last three years have been calmer on the real estate market in general, new homes in Uus-Järveküla row houses have been purchased continuously throughout this period, and so we have reached the final phase of construction and sales," says Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, and adds as confirmation of his words that in just the first two months of this year alone, 8 new homes have found owners.

"Essentially, people are buying themselves a house at the price of a larger apartment—albeit a row house, but with many of the benefits of a house and only some of the obligations," explains Vähi about the main reason why Uus-Järveküla finds new residents so quickly. All Uus-Järveküla A-energy class homes are also covered by Invego's five-year construction guarantee, offered uniquely in Estonia, so that the new owner doesn't have to worry about their investment and can settle comfortably into their new home.

The popularity of Estonia's first large-scale and comprehensive row house district is in a way a step towards Scandinavian lifestyle, where communities offering such greater privacy have long since proven themselves," says Vähi, and adds that the heart of the residential area is the outdoor neighborhood together with diverse sports and leisure opportunities, such as an adventure course playground, a fitness area and a beach volleyball court. "Our goal is to offer families a home where everything needed is within reach. Nearby are schools, a kindergarten and of course good connections to Tallinn city center," said Vähi.

A total of 165 row and semi-detached houses are being built in the Uus-Järveküla residential area for families who want to live in nature, in close proximity to the city, and value greater privacy and closeness to nature than offered by an apartment building. In Uus-Järveküla, shops, schools and kindergarten are conveniently nearby and there is proper connection to the city both by public transport and by car.
