Construction Began on Raadi Rosepark Development

Construction work has begun on the first phase of Raadi Roosipark in Tartu. During development, a building with two blocks will be completed, which will include a total of 22 apartments and 8 retail spaces along with parking spaces. Tartu Ehitus AS is the main contractor for the construction, and completion is planned for autumn 2026.

Rising in Raadi district in Tartu, the new development project developed by Landen Real Estate consists of two building blocks, one of which is 3-story and the other 4-story. The architectural solution of the buildings combines the comforts of modern apartment living with the privacy characteristic of a single-family home. The apartment layouts use a modular approach that fits the special features of the satellite town location, and room configuration can be modified, allowing residents to choose between both compact and traditional solutions. Each ground floor apartment will have a terrace, and residents on higher floors will have a balcony.

The development will be built as a complete entity along with roads, landscaping, and utility networks. The outdoor spaces between buildings are divided into private and semi-private zones using terraces and green buffers, which promote community use. In addition, recreational areas will be created where residents can spend their free time and build a stronger sense of community.

All buildings comply with class A energy requirements, each apartment is served by independent mechanical ventilation, and a solar park will be installed on the roof. The apartments will be equipped with Bisly building automation, which allows residents to control technical systems conveniently from both a smartphone and a home display. The solution also replaces the traditional phone system, providing residents with added convenience when opening doors for guests.
