Why Champion and how did it start for me?

 How did I get involved with Champion products? Being a voluntary contributor to national defense myself, I was looking for dual-fuel generators that would be quieter and easier to carry. That's how the initial acquaintance began. Further personal testing in extreme heat and severe cold – in both cases, these devices worked flawlessly! That's where this journey started - why keep a valuable product only to yourself. I particularly liked the dual-fuel option because as we see today to the east, Estonia also uses gasoline and diesel for the country's internal and external defense. Champion and real estate.

When we look at real estate, we see three aspects in it: energy, maintenance, and equipment in the household. So we need energy to keep our house warm, to have light in the ceiling, and to have critical electrical devices powered. We need to maintain our home and its surroundings and auxiliary equipment such as a garage or pumping out excess water.

Ensuring energy security

The first thing people tend to overlook is the assumption that even in a crisis situation, energy needs to be consumed as usual. Then calculations are made and end up with unrealistic results in kilowatts. In reality, you need to carefully review the energy needs of the devices you critically need for survival. If you have district heating, then to keep your house warm you need only a few hundred watts. If you have your own borehole where water comes from, then you already need the pump's power added, and for example, a deep freezer is also critical. From here comes the calculation of whether you need a Champion inverter generator, which provides single-phase power, or already a three-phase Bimson diesel generator. Of course, I would also add batteries here, so you can charge them from time to time with the generator and not let the generator idle half-empty.

Real estate maintenance and upkeep

On the real estate maintenance side, we see the most effort in keeping our outdoor pavement clean and well-maintained. Here Champion's powerful pressure washers come to the rescue, and most importantly, they are powered by a gasoline engine, so you don't need more than to grab a hose and turn on the pressure washer and easily get your roof or pavement clean. 289 bar does its job properly! In addition to washing, in household maintenance, especially in flood-prone areas, a water pump is essential. A water pump doesn't have to be purchased for just one household but can also be a joint purchase by neighbors. Champion's water pump has a powerful flow rate, capable of pumping up to 1000 liters per minute, equipped with a 223 cc engine and an 11.5-liter fuel tank, ensuring long-term operation. It can handle solid waste up to 1.9 cm in diameter. These are the main points to highlight.
