Capfield's New Development in Front of Mustakivi Prisma is Complete
Capfield OÜ, the owner and developer of shopping centers, has completed the development of a building for Armudu, a popular restaurant chain that began in 2024, in front of the Mustakivi Prism shopping center in Lasnamäe. The two-story building will open Armudu's largest restaurant on February 27.
According to Reimo Simsalu, Capfield's real estate and business development manager, the new Armudu restaurant building is a good example of the company's strategy to develop commercial real estate for individual tenants in addition to multifunctional shopping centers.
„We are successfully filling this niche in the market, and the development of the Armudu restaurant building separate from the Prism shopping center allows us as a developer and the restaurant as a service provider to grow and expand in successful cooperation," added Simsalu.
According to Simsalu, the area will gain an eye-catching and modern A-class building.
According to Serafima Gulaki, head of the Armudu restaurant chain, the Armudu that previously operated in the Prism shopping center became too cramped for local customers, and the opportunity to move to a new large and modern space will certainly give a new boost to the restaurant chain's expansion.
„We are excited about the new building – it is spacious, modern, functional and very beautiful both inside and out! In furnishing the building, we applied all our previous experience and this is certainly the best version of Armudu on the market," added Gulak.
The new flagship restaurant of Armudu can accommodate both tables and terrace for smaller groups, as well as a large banquet hall where weddings and birthdays can be held with dancing and live music. In total, the new restaurant can accommodate 250 people at a time. The two-story flagship restaurant has a total area of 700 square meters and is clearly visible from Laagna Road. The restaurant will open officially on February 27.
The new Armudu restaurant building was built by REME Grupp and GRIK ehitus.
Pizza restaurant Domino's Pizza will open at the Armudu's former location in the Prism shopping center.
The Armudu restaurant chain celebrates its 11th birthday in May and the chain now operates seven restaurants in Tallinn in Petseri, Kristiine, Pirita, Haabersti, North Tallinn, Lasnamäe and the City Center.
