Capfield is developing a representative restaurant building for the popular Armudu restaurant chain in Lasnamäe, which will rise in front of the Lasnamäe Prisma Shopping Center and will become the chain's largest restaurant offering Azerbaijani cuisine. Construction will begin this year.

"One of our company's strategic directions is the development of commercial real estate for individual tenants. The development of the Armudu restaurant is an ideal combination of cooperation that allows us as a developer and the restaurant as a service provider to grow and expand our shared business," commented Reimo Simsalu, head of real estate and business development at Capfield.

"We are a restaurant very loved by residents here in Lasnamäe, but unfortunately we cannot fit everyone in our current premises. Soon we will have a new two-storey building that will allow us to serve over 200 people at a time," explained Serafima Gulak, head of the Armudu restaurant chain. "We are capable of handling large volumes, and our new representative restaurant will have both tables and a terrace for smaller groups, as well as larger banquet halls where weddings and birthdays can be held with dancing and live music."

The construction contract was won by REME Group and GRIK construction. The two-storey Armudu representative restaurant has a total area of 700 square meters and will be clearly visible from Laagna Road. According to Simsalu, the new restaurant building will certainly be the most eye-catching and modern in the Lasnamäe area.

Restaurant Armudu celebrates its 10th birthday in May and the chain operates in Tallinn with six restaurants in Petseri, Kristiine, Pirita, Haabersti, Lasnamäe and the city center.
