Bonava Achieved Best Sales Result in the Baltics
Bonava sold a total of 511 new apartments in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius in 2024. With this result, Bonava is the leading residential developer in the Baltic region.

Bonava has been the market leader in Latvia for 6 consecutive years, and in 2024, Bonava also sold the most new apartments in Tallinn. Bonava's operations in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius constitute Bonava's Baltic business unit, which focuses on creating homes with thoughtful planning and good design, primarily in the affordable segment. "Our clients want quality homes and a sustainable living environment. We have continuously improved our product to meet these expectations, and strong demand and high customer satisfaction confirm that we are on the right track," Björklund added.
Looking ahead, the land plots in the company's portfolio in the three Baltic capitals allow for the construction of over 7,000 new homes over the next 10 years. Bonava is also actively seeking new locations near the city centers of Riga, Vilnius, and Tallinn, focusing on areas with good transport connections and convenient access to services.
