Bonava Launches Next Phase Sales for New Mustamäe Development

Next week, on June 20th, a Bonava customer day will take place at the New Mustamäe development, where plans and prices for a new development stage, an apartment building being constructed at Aiandi 14, will be presented. Construction of the 44-apartment B-energy class building will begin this summer and the homes will be completed by the end of 2024.

According to Lauri Laanoja, Bonava Estonia's sales and marketing director, the start of sales for the new stage is a sign that demand for quality new apartments exists even when the real estate market as a whole is in a difficult situation.

"Demand for new apartments in the Mustamäe area has always been greater than in other Tallinn areas, since the property there is predominantly nearly 50 years old and there are relatively few new projects in the area. Therefore, we at Bonava see that moving forward with a new development stage is also an expected and necessary decision in today's market conditions," explained Laanoja.

Bonava has built a completely new New Mustamäe district on the old Kadaka aiand lands, where more than 500 apartments have been completed so far. Later this year, Bonava will complete 65 apartments for sale in New Mustamäe, located at Aiandi 16, of which nearly half have already found owners. Also, the residential developer's first 99 apartments intended solely for rent will be completed on Aiandi Street this autumn.

New Mustamäe, where the first homes were completed in 2020 and a total of 750 apartments will be built, is the most modern complete residential area in Mustamäe. The heart of the neighborhood is a nearly 7,000 square meter park where the whole family can find shared recreational opportunities. The neighborhood features playgrounds, fruit trees and a picnic area; plenty of activities are also offered by an outdoor gym and a unique trick track for extreme sports enthusiasts. The area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close enough that you can reach Mustamäe Road on foot in just a few minutes.

The New Mustamäe customer day takes place on June 20th from 4-6 PM at the show apartment located at Aiandi 7/1-5.
