Housing developer Bonava handed over apartments in the second phase of Järveotsa Homes to the first new homeowners this week and will reimburse all new clients who purchase homes in the company's developments with utility costs for a year.

In the residential area of Haabersti near Harku Lake, a total of five residential buildings with 174 apartments are being built, and the complete living environment with well-thought-out recreational and play areas will be completed by autumn 2023. In the second phase of Järveotsa Homes, a 5- and 8-storey residential building were completed at Tasandi 1 and Tasandi 3, which contain a total of 74 2-4-room homes ranging in size from 40-80.7 m².

The first building of Järveotsa Homes at Tasandi 8 was completed at the end of 2021 and all residents have moved in. In the Tasandi 1 and 3 buildings that are part of the second phase, there are still some vacant homes waiting for their owners to move in. The third phase buildings will be ready for occupancy by autumn 2023.

Autumn has arrived and a new heating period with growing electricity costs has come. To ensure that the first year in a new home passes worry-free, Bonava has decided to reimburse new homebuyers' utility and maintenance costs for a year. "The homes built in new apartment buildings are clearly more energy-efficient than those in old residential buildings, yet household daily living expenses have grown recently. For this reason, we want to support young families, who are our main target group, in making their purchasing decisions," commented Lauri Laanoja, a member of Bonava's management.

Järveotsa Homes offers families both the comforts of a modern city home and proximity to nature. The homes are characterized by well-thought-out floor plans, large windows and modern radiant floor heating, and each home comes with a cozy balcony and personal storage space. The buildings are assigned an energy-efficient B energy class.

Together with cozy recreational and play areas, a complete living environment is created for future residents, where parking is safely placed under the buildings and along the property boundaries, and a new Tasandi street has been built during construction work. Additionally, the Järveotsa stream bordering the property is being preserved and maintained, which together with a fitness trail creates added value and character for the entire area.
