Bonava Starts New Phase in Uus-Mustamäe
Housing development company Bonava is starting the sale of the next phase of homes in Uus-Mustamäe on May 30th. At address Aiandi 18, in a newly completed 4- and 8-storey B-energy class building, there are a total of 66 apartments with 2-4 rooms, ranging in size from 28-83 square meters. Construction work will begin in the coming months and the new homes are planned to be handed over to clients by the end of 2025.
In Mustamäe's largest modern neighborhood, 700 apartments have been completed to date. "With the Uus-Mustamäe quarter, we are dealing with Bonava's largest development project in Estonia so far, with a total investment amount reaching approximately 80 million euros. The first homes were completed here in 2020, the phase being started is the ninth in sequence, and we plan to continue developing the area and creating new homes here for the next 7 years," described Bonava development director Margus Klaos the company's plans.
"This year's sales results and client contacts have shown that demand for more affordable and energy-efficient homes remains, currently in the houses available in Uus-Mustamäe, more than half of the homes have already found owners. We are optimistic about the market situation," explained Bonava sales and marketing director Lauri Laanoja the reasons for starting the next phase.
"Almost 700 families have already chosen the Uus-Mustamäe living environment as their home. Residents have appreciated in their feedback that their home is located in the immediate vicinity of larger roads connecting Mustamäe with other city districts and various service providers, while at the same time the neighborhood is truly quiet, green and distinctive," added Laanoja.
The Uus-Mustamäe development, created on historic Kadaka aiant land, complements the architectural image of the city district, fitting modern apartment buildings next to buildings constructed decades earlier. The architectural solution for the neighborhood was created by KOKO architects, who, in planning the residential buildings and the living environment surrounding them, aimed to create a user-friendly and safe living environment where the built-up area would be rational, but visually diverse. The result is a comprehensive residential district with a strong identity of its own.
All homes in the B-energy class residential building at Aiandi 18 are supplemented with floor-to-ceiling windows and each apartment comes with a balcony, terrace or roof terrace. The heart of the Uus-Mustamäe neighborhood is a park of nearly 7,000 square meters, where the whole family can find shared leisure opportunities.
The customer event for the start of sales at Aiandi 18 in Uus-Mustamäe will take place on May 30th from 4-6 PM at the sample apartment located at address Aiandi 7/1-5.
