On Thursday, October 8th, a topping-out ceremony was held in Tallinn at Mustjuure Linnakodud, celebrating the completion of a significant construction phase of the new development. The apartment building located on the border of Kristiine, Haabersti, and North Tallinn is a Landen real estate project that will feature 24 apartments and 9 retail spaces.

Mustjuure Linnakodud is a new development rising along Mustjuure Street and Paldiski Road. The solutions of the A-energy class building - sound-dampening windows, double facade, and smart home technology - ensure low living costs and high quality of life. The homes will be ready for occupancy in January 2027.

„With Mustjuure Linnakodud, we have approached it from the perspective of how people actually live at home - from the apartment layout to all the decisions that shape the entire building and its surroundings. With the apartments, we have tried to ensure that the space is functional and every square meter is thoughtfully used. At the same time, from the earliest stages we have considered it important that a good home does not end at the apartment's front door, but is supported by the entire living environment," said Ivan Gavrilov, project manager at Landen real estate. "The topping-out ceremony is a significant moment for us and the entire construction team in this process, as the future form and scale of the homes are now truly visible and tangible."

The new development is located on the border of Haabersti, Kristiine, and North Tallinn, bringing in one location the proximity of Stroomi Beach and the greenery of Merimetsa, as well as Telliskivi Creative City, shops, services, and good public transportation connections. The area combines closeness to nature and an urban living environment, offering residents diverse opportunities for work, sports, and leisure activities.

„The topping-out ceremony is one of those moments in construction when the work done so far becomes very clearly visible. A large part of the building shell construction is behind us, and now we can focus on the details and solutions that will further enhance the building's construction quality," said Janek Kukk, project manager at Mitt & Perlebach OÜ.
