Bigbank Estonia has concluded a loan agreement worth €4.74 million with Toomhansu OÜ, a company belonging to the Alpina group, to finance the Uus-Kiili development consisting of 28 townhouse units to be built in Kiili village, Harjumaa. Construction has begun and the first units will be completed in the summer of 2027.

As part of the Uus-Kiili residential development, seven townhouses with a total of 28 apartments will be built in Kiili village. The planned residential buildings are two-story structures containing four-room apartments of 104–105 m² in size with saunas. The development focuses on modern and energy-efficient solutions, including A-energy class, air-water heat pumps, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, and a shared solar park.

The project is located in an attractive growth area with a school, kindergarten, shops, and sports facilities nearby.  Currently, the supply of new developments in Kiili village is limited, but demand for affordable townhouses remains strong. As an additional competitive advantage, the Uus-Kiili project offers family-friendly solutions, such as private outdoor space, modern planning, and energy efficiency, which meet the expectations of today's buyers.

"Our goal is to create a modern and family-friendly living environment in Kiili that combines quality architecture, energy efficiency, and a good location. We see strong growth potential in this region and want to contribute to it with a quality development," explained the development company's board member Pirmin Tamm.

According to Aimar Roosalu, Bigbank continues to support Estonian residential real estate development and invests in projects that meet modern quality and sustainability standards. "The Uus-Kiili development project gives Bigbank confidence due to our previous successful cooperation and the developers' strong competence in the real estate market. We finance developments that have clear market potential, a strong team, and a well-thought-out implementation plan – all these conditions are met in the Uus-Kiili  project."

The owners of Toomhansu OÜ, which is part of the Alpina group, have long-term experience in real estate development and have successfully completed several similar projects, including the Juurdeveo and Linnu Kodu developments.
