The international online gambling provider Betsson Group, which operates the Betsafe and SuperCasino brands in Estonia, decided to quickly move its office to the rapidly developing Fahle Park business quarter; one of Betsson Group's IT development units is located in Tallinn.

Betsson Group has been operating in Estonia for over 15 years and plans to expand its reach here even further, which has also created the need for a new office at Fahle Park. "Our group operates over 20 brands in 19 countries and our Estonian unit is actively expanding today. Over the past year, we have hired nearly 30 new people worldwide and we continue to look forward to welcoming talent to fill our open positions. Tallinn has a very innovative image in the eyes of the international IT community, and the special environment of Fahle Park further supports this image," said Betsson's HR manager Jaarika Nurmsalu.

Betsson Group's new office is spread across three floors and can accommodate up to 120 employees at a time. What makes the office special is the dedication of an entire floor to employee recreation and leisure. The office is designed in the same style as the group's other offices around the world, which reflects the company's strong culture. "We want Betsson offices to be immediately recognizable, no matter which country you enter them in. Betsson Group operates in 12 countries, with a total of 2,200 employees from 60 different nationalities in the group. The historic limestone environment of Fahle Park suited our group well, as we prefer to combine stone walls in our offices with Betsson's orange and turquoise colors. Betsson's values: One Betsson, Fair Play, and Passion hang on the walls of Betsson offices around the world, and they will certainly find their place on Fahle's walls too," said Nurmsalu.

According to Jaarika Nurmsalu, competition for the best talent is fierce and increasingly it is necessary to stand out with special office solutions. "Our team enjoys spending leisure time together, so we decided to create a separate recreational floor with a sauna, a small gym, table tennis, cozy seating areas, a kitchen (where breakfast is prepared for employees on site), a library room, and a play area for children, and much more. The work floors have comfortable spaces for meetings and teamwork, as well as areas for individual work," Nurmsalu described the new office.

According to Fahle Park's owner Sven Mihailov, Fahle Park's business quarter is becoming a favorite destination for IT companies. "Certainly, a logistically convenient location is important for such companies, as well as a slightly more special environment, which is what Fahle Park stands out with. We have created here the only exotic garden-landscaped, year-round warm gallery street in the Baltic states, where you can meet with colleagues outside the office in cafes and on terraces. The presence of other services in the immediate vicinity of the office also promotes pleasant interaction and saves employees valuable time," said Mihailov.

Betsson Group's new office opens onto the renovated Fahle Park inner courtyard. One third of the historic paper factory courtyard is being transformed into a pleasant green oasis where you can have picnics or work outdoors in warm weather. What is also interesting is the fact that many Tallinners have probably visited Betsson Group's premises before, since Rock Cafe used to operate there. Now it's Betsson Group's passionate employees who are "rocking" there, and the spaces have been completely transformed," described Sven Mihailov the transformation process of one environment.
