An 11-Story Tower Building Is Being Built on Tallinn's Edge
Real estate developer Hausers Grupp is building Viieaia Tower, an 11-story tower building with 110 guest apartments and 3 commercial spaces on the outskirts of Tallinn on Vana-Narva Road. According to plans, the building, which will be completed in autumn 2025, has a total cost of approximately 12 million euros and is financed by Coop Bank.
According to Mati Meier, real estate sales manager at Hausers Grupp, Viieaia Tower is located in a promising area: directly on the outskirts of Tallinn, next to the rapidly developing Vana-Narva Road business district. "The building is made special by its location on the riverbank, offering extraordinary and expansive views. Residents have been provided with numerous added values, including shared home office facilities, a gym, a grill area, and a roof terrace with sea views. The modern building being constructed is perfect both as a home and as an investment," explained Meier.
Arko Kurtmann, head of business banking at Coop Bank, noted that the bank decided to finance the construction because Hausers Grupp is a reliable partner who has operated for a long time and is an experienced developer. "Their goal is to improve people's living, leisure, and work environments. In the case of Viieaia Tower, that is exactly what is being done by creating a modern and energy-efficient building with affordable apartments in a pleasant environment," explained Kurtmann.
Viieaia Tower is the highest building in the area, rising to a height of 11 stories. The functional building simultaneously meets the standards and requirements for high-rise buildings, apartment buildings, and commercial buildings.
According to Mati Meier, the prices of guest apartments range from 93,900 to 146,400 euros, making it one of the most affordable new developments near Tallinn currently on the market. "Our goal is to make quality real estate accessible to as many people as possible, without compromising on quality," added Meier.
The Viieaia Tower project is another step in the development of Tallinn's immediate surroundings in the direction of Maardu, where investments have grown dramatically following the reconstruction of the Vana-Narva Road and Saha-Loo road section and junction.
