Kaido Kaljuste elected Real Estate Agent of the Year 2020
At the Estonian Real Estate Agents' Chamber annual reception held on December 4th, the Real Estate Agent of the Year was announced.
Colleagues recognized Kaido Kaljuste from RUUM24 as worthy of this title.
With 18 years of experience as a real estate agent, Kaido, in addition to his work, trains new real estate agents at Tallinn Business School and contributes to the work of the Estonian Real Estate Agents' Chamber board.
"18 years ago when I started working as an agent, it quickly became clear that this work cannot be done as a hobby or part-time. You have to always be there for your clients and colleagues. To provide quality service, you must constantly train yourself and share your knowledge. So by now, my journey, in addition to actively working as an agent and launching the new real estate office RUUM24, has led me to teaching new real estate agents at Tallinn Business School and to the board of the Estonian Real Estate Agents' Chamber, where my goal is to achieve the regulation of the real estate agent profession at the state level. I hold certificates as a real estate agent and adult trainer. I have the most interesting profession in the world and I would not trade it for any other career," says Kaido Kaljuste.
Every year, the Real Estate Agents' Chamber selects from among its members a colleague whose activities deserve recognition and who is honored with the title of Real Estate Agent of the Year.
