A Stylish Apartment Building with 25 Flats Rising in Keila Town Centre

Scandium is building a new residential building with 25 apartments on a quiet side street in central Keila – Allika Kodud. Most of the apartments are 2-3-room units, but larger family apartments are also located on the upper floors. The building has construction permits, and construction is planned to begin at the start of the new year.

"Keila city has undergone a real development leap in recent years and continues to develop steadily thanks to the planned Keila Center. A rapid train or a short car ride can quickly take you to Tallinn if desired," explained Scandium Real Estate Director Maido Lüiste the reasons behind the expansion to Keila.

Allika Kodud is an attractive 5-story building built in a stepped design, which will accommodate a total of 25 apartments. Large balconies and terraces, solar panels, a separate bicycle and pram storage room, an elevator, and a convenient location by Keila Central Park are the keywords that characterize the development.

"Quite a bit of development has taken place in Keila in recent years, but the supply of new apartments is running out. Young families who want to move to a more modern building and a larger apartment often look in this direction, as capital city prices tend to remain unaffordable for the same quality. Allika Kodud was issued a construction permit in early September. Construction is planned to begin at the start of the new year, with preparatory work on the property in the coming months. The developer is Scandium Real Estate. Pre-sales have begun.
