A New Landmark Will Rise at the Corner of Paldiski Road and Madara Street

1Partner is developing a striking six-story residential and commercial building on a plot located at the intersection of Madara Street and Paldiski Road in Tallinn city center.

According to Üllar Hinno, the head of 1Partner Construction responsible for the building's construction, this is an architecturally complex and outstanding building, the most striking part of which is the higher tower section. "Given the building's location, height, architecture, and the fact that it's a corner plot, it will clearly become a new landmark in the area," said Hinno.

The first floor of the building will house retail spaces, the second floor will have offices, and the upper levels will feature luxury apartments with large terraces.

"The building will have strikingly large window surfaces, and from the homes on the upper floors, there will be views of Toompea," described Üllar Hinno.

The building at Madara 1 address, with a net area of 2,500 square meters, will have six above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building is being constructed by 1Partner Construction, and its architect is Peeter Pere. Construction of the Madara 1 residential and commercial building began in autumn 2021 and will be completed in spring 2023.
