A New Class A Apartment Building Being Built in Rapla
A modern two-story residential building with 10 guest apartments, Ülejõe Villa, is being built on the banks of the Vigala River in Rapla, which will become the second A-class apartment building built as a new development in Rapla's history. The project promises to become a success story - in just a few weeks, 70% of the apartments have already been sold or booked. According to Henel Aava, a real estate broker at LVM Kinnisvara who is handling the sales of the property, the object has been on the market for only a couple of weeks, but by now seven out of ten apartments have either been booked or sold. "Rapla, a town of about 5,000 residents, is a very pleasant living environment with good infrastructure and convenient connections to Tallinn. Since very few new residential developments have been built in the town, there is great interest in the new modern building, and among those booking are both people from Rapla and young families from the Tallinn area who can afford a larger and better home here," Aava explained.
Ülejõe Villa with guest apartments is being built on Ülejõe Street in Rapla on the banks of the Vigala River, where a modern living environment blends with nature and the peaceful rhythm of a historic small town. The building is only 45 minutes away from Tallinn, but residents also have everything they need in Rapla – cafes, culture, school, kindergarten and hiking trails – within reach. The apartment building is characterized by apartments with modern solutions, spacious balconies and terraces, and a courtyard that merges with the river bend. One of the building's developers and builders is Mivo Ehitus, a Rapla company with more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector. The same company was also the developer and builder of the A-energy class apartment building built at Mahlamäe Street 7 in Rapla in 2020-22, during the early years after the restoration of independence.
