1Partner Advisory will manage SIRIN Park Tänassilma logistics park opened near Tallinn, which is the first step in Lithuanian major developer SIRIN Development's plan to invest over 120 million euros in the development of modern logistics parks over the next five years.

SIRIN Development, focused on logistics real estate development and management, has developed over 600,000 square meters of sustainable logistics parks during its 15 years of operation, and the company's management portfolio includes 470,000 square meters of rental space in the Baltic countries. "We are pleased to be part of SIRIN's expansion into the Estonian market. Thanks to our long-term experience, we can provide strong local support and ensure that the logistics park operates efficiently," comments 1Partner Advisory managing partner Mihkel Pärtel.

SIRIN Park Tänassilma, a 14,000 square meter facility opened in Saku municipality in January, is SIRIN Development's tenth logistics park in the Baltic countries, with the company's total investment in the park reaching 12 million euros. Mihkel Pärtel explains that future-proof new generation logistics parks must take into account environmental impacts, cost-efficiency, and tenants' business objectives. "In the case of Tänassilma, all these principles have been well thought through – from energy efficiency to the ability to adapt spaces according to the needs of growing companies," adds Pärtel. According to him, the parks are created with future needs in mind, focusing on what will become important, for example, in five years' time. This approach allows tenants to feel confident not only when moving in today, but also in making the logistics park their home for years to come.

SIRIN Park Tänassilma has A++ energy efficiency and is designed with cost-effective technical systems. The complex uses renewable energy sources and water-saving solutions and also offers charging facilities for electric vehicles. The first tenant of the logistics park is Padelsquare, which will build paddle courts on 1,500 square meters of the park.
