1Partner Construction Reconstructs Apartment Building for Larsen for 4.2 Million
1Partner Construction is reconstructing a 4-story building for 4.2 million euros on behalf of Stay Larsen group in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn University of Technology, which will house a 94-room dormitory. The work must be completed by the start of the new academic year. The total project cost for Larsen is approximately 8 million euros.
"What makes this project special is that the building once housed the Tallinn Audio Cassette Factory, and although all rooms will have modern and quality furnishings, the building's reconstruction pays tasteful homage to the building's history," commented Üllar Hinno, head of 1Partner Construction, noting that the client's long-term experience in building this type of structures also helps in the planning and smooth execution of the construction work.
"We are creating the most modern and stylish dormitory in Tallinn in the former Audio Cassette Factory building," said Priit Vare, CEO of Larsen, and emphasized that Larsen creates comprehensive living environments where, in addition to fully furnished rooms, there are also spacious common areas and round-the-clock customer service.
The building being constructed at Heli Street 8, on the border of Nõmme and Mustamäe, has Tallinn University of Technology students as its main target group, who appreciate a modern living environment and a location near study facilities in dormitory accommodation. The new dormitory will be completed by the end of this summer so that all 94 rooms in the building will be available to students by the start of the new academic year.
