1Partner Builds an Innovative Scandinavian-Style Apartment Building on Nõmme Road

1Partner Ehitus signed a contract with real estate developer Alpina for over 3 million euros to build a new three-story residential building with 18 apartments in Scandinavian style at the intersection of Nõmme Road and Linnu Road in Tallinn.

"The building will use technologies and construction solutions that could serve as an example for other developments. For instance, energy piles will be used for heating and cooling, which is a very rare solution in residential development, ensuring more favorable utility costs for apartment buyers," said 1Partner Ehitus CEO Üllar Hinno, confirming that the building should be completed in less than a year.

"Our philosophy is to develop buildings that fit into the existing living environment and are energy efficient. The location at Nõmme Road 70 is on the one hand somewhat like a garden town, but at the same time it is just a stone's throw from Tallinn's city center and everything needed for living is within reach," described Alpina partner Pirmin Tamm, noting that a quarter of the apartments have already been sold today.

"1Partner Ehitus has acquired many repeat customers, which certainly facilitates the successful completion of the project and is a sign of trust earned. For Alpina, we built a new apartment building in Tallinn on Juurdeveo Street last year," highly praised Üllar Hinno the previous cooperation.

The building, which will be completed in February 2024, will contain a total of 18 apartments, of which the smaller ones are 2-room and the larger ones are 5-room apartments. Some homes also have a terrace over 50 square meters. The building, which has a Nordic modern appearance and a total area of 1292 square meters, was designed by AB Korrus architects.
