1Partner Develops Downtown Tallinn Apartment Building with 4 Million Euro Investment

1Partner has launched the development of Kalevi Maja, a new A energy class building with 28 apartments in Tallinn's city center, which will be completed by the beginning of 2025.

According to 1Partner Real Estate Director Tanel Tarum, the city center area is reaching the end of new developments. "There have never been unlimited new apartments in the city center, but recent market changes have further limited options, as virtually no new projects have emerged," commented Tarum.

Kalevi Maja, located at Juhkentali 14, is situated in the heart of the city, where everything needed for life is within a short walk. "We believe that Kalevi Maja will help solve the problem of relatively limited selection in Tallinn's city center new development segment," commented Tanel Tarum, who considers it likely to be also the most affordable quality new development in the heart of Tallinn. The apartments in the building are 2-3 room units with a floor area of 40-70 square meters, and their price ranges from 190,000 to 300,000 euros.
