1Partner Construction Reconstructs Accommodation Building in New World District for More Than 7 Million Euros on Larsen's Order

1Partner Ehitus and Stay Larsen OÜ have signed a contract worth more than 7 million euros for the reconstruction and expansion of the historic Väike-Ameerika 19 building. The accommodation building located in the popular Uus Maailm district of the capital will be completed in the autumn of 2026.

During the reconstruction, the historical architecture of the building from 1954 will be preserved, with added functionality that meets modern requirements and needs. A total of approximately 4,000 square meters of space will be built, and the renovated accommodation building will have 153 rooms. The roof floor is planned to have rooms with a spacious terrace and city views. 

The project client is Stay Larsen OÜ, for whom 1Partner Ehitus has previously built Stereo House located on Heli Street. "The cooperation has been tested and works well, which gives us confidence that the result will be excellent. One of 1Partner Ehitus's clear strengths is the ability to transform buildings with very diverse historical backgrounds into environments that meet all modern requirements and expectations," commented Üllar Hinno, head of 1Partner Ehitus. The architectural solutions were developed by Apex Arhitektuuribüroo OÜ. 

The Väike-Ameerika 19 building with a valuable history is located just a ten-minute walk from Tallinn's city center. Good accessibility is provided by foot, bicycle, public transport, and car, with public transport stops nearby and parking options available both in the courtyard and on the street. Kristiine Center, which offers diverse shopping and dining opportunities, is also located about half a kilometer away. 

Larsen is one of Estonia's largest accommodation companies, providing services to both short-term and so-called extended stay clients. With the addition of the Väike-Ameerika building, the company's portfolio of kitchenette-type studios will grow to approximately 800. The company's portfolio also includes Eduard House in Kristiine, Rocca House in Haabersti, Campus House in Mustamäe, and Stereo House in the immediate vicinity of TalTech.
