1Partner Builds Modern Apartment Building in Keila
1Partner Construction has started building a 3-story residential building with a modern wooden facade that fits the environmental area near Keila Central Park, which will be completed by the end of 2024
"The apartment building's exterior appearance and layout preserve the character of the environmental area, and its architectural solution is modern and contemporary, while also fitting naturally into the street view," described 1Partner Construction's head Üllar Hinno.
The building being constructed at Paldiski St. 14, in the immediate vicinity of Keila Central Park, will contain a total of sixteen 2-5-room apartments, with the building's living space having a closed net floor area of 1144.4 m². The A-energy class building's optimal indoor temperature is ensured through district heating, solar panels, and heat recovery ventilation.
The concept of the new development is to offer a quality living environment where it is possible to enjoy privacy while also being part of a supportive community. In addition to spacious living areas, a common recreational area, a playground, and a grilling spot will be built.
The client is real estate developer Baustone. The architectural solution for the apartment building was created by the architecture bureau KORRUS.
