According to the detailed planning, up to four-story stock-office type buildings and traditional commercial, warehouse and production buildings can be built on a total of 22 plots. The flexible layout gives the possibility to merge different plots, giving the possibility to expand in the future. There are all necessary utility networks: water, sewerage, electricity, gas, heating and communication. The proximity of water boreholes and the regional substation provides an opportunity for strong current and water consumption.
