The first phase of the development was completed with the Kukerpuu 1 apartment building. In the second phase, Kukerpuu 3 was finalised at the end of 2025, where a brand-new show apartment has also been completed.

The apartments are complete and ready!
The design concept combines high construction quality, energy efficiency and well-thought-out layouts into one cohesive living environment.
Just like in Kukerpuu 1 and Kukerpuu 3, residents on the ground floor of Kukerpuu 5 will enjoy outdoor living in their city-edge homes on cosy wooden-deck terraces surrounded by greenery. Most second- and third-floor apartments feature spacious balconies designed to welcome the morning or evening sun.
- Energy Class A ensures low utility costs and favourable mortgage conditions. A rooftop solar park is planned.
- Ground-floor apartments include landscaped wooden-deck terraces; most upper-floor apartments feature spacious balconies.
- Each apartment includes a private storage unit on the ground level and one parking space. An additional parking space is available with the purchase of a larger apartment.
- A total of 42 parking spaces are planned in the courtyard, all prepared for electric vehicle charging.
- A spacious shared bicycle storage room is located on the ground floor.
- Comfortable indoor climate is ensured by central heat-recovery ventilation. The district heating system is water-based, with underfloor heating throughout the apartments.
- All apartments are pre-equipped for installing a cooling unit.
- A spacious elevator ensures convenient accessibility for residents of all ages.
- A large civil protection shelter is located on level 0.
