Façade: Wood cladding with niches in details. Insulation – 50 mm cellulose wool from outside, 30 mm cork mat from inside.
Windows: Double-glazed windows in wooden frames.
Doors: Exterior apartment door – wood, interior doors - wooden panel doors.


Ventilation: Two central ventilation units with heat recovery, electric heater and cooling module ensure quality indoor climate in the building.
Heating: District heating, radiant floor heating with water carrier in apartments. Each room temperature is separately adjustable.


Terrace floor boards: A very unique material produced in Finland with the product name "Stone Wood". The raw material is quality Karelian pine, which is processed without poison and the final product is non-toxic. The product is 100% maintenance-free and the manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty against rot and swelling. Due to its special treatment, the material has high fire resistance (cert B-s1d0) and does not heat up in the sun.


Parking and courtyard area: Entrance and parking areas are covered with various concrete pavers.
