Suurekivi Homes, which will be completed already this summer, are created for families for whom a home is not merely four walls, but a place to spend quality time together in the center of the family and create valuable shared memories. The new, developing residential area is like a blank slate that allows families moving here to start building their own unique home, applying their creativity.

Architecture and Construction Information

Suurekivi Homes bring refreshing variety alongside minimalist box houses from an architectural perspective. The residential area has been built with four-unit row house blocks and smaller semi-detached houses, where the planning has been primarily focused on the comfort of the families living there. The layouts offer maximum comfort and spatially also cover the needs of larger families.

All semi-detached and row house units are 5-room homes. On the first floor there is a spacious hallway and living room, kitchen, sauna with shower room, a separate toilet and an under-staircase room, which has been built as a storage space. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a large wardrobe (corner units also have a window in the wardrobe) and a bathroom. The abundance of rooms provides the opportunity to offer each child their own private space or to set up a home office or guest room.

The advantage and distinctive feature of the houses is certainly also the unusually high ceilings – 2.8 m on one floor and 2.7 m on the other, which creates more airiness and openness. The living room also has the option of a fireplace – this is a good additional choice for everyone who appreciates the charm of a live fire and warm coziness on long and dark winter evenings.

The double stone houses are finished on the outside partially with timber cladding and panels and partially with plaster. The nature-inspired finish helps the houses blend harmoniously into the surrounding environment.

The heating solution is an economical air-water heat pump. Water floor heating ensures even heat distribution and a healthy indoor climate.

Interior Design

The interior design has been created in collaboration with Piret Naaber from Halona Design Studio. Well-thought-out design effectively creates a bridge between functionality and aesthetics. The interior design offers two packages – light and dark. Both options focus on enhancing the atmosphere of the space and make the selection of textiles and furniture simpler.

High ceilings, natural light and the combination of selected materials allow you to create both timeless classic design models and brighten rooms with distinctive decorative solutions. This way, personal style preferences and an interior that emphasizes each family's unique character can dominate the space.

The row houses located at Storm Street 7 and 9 also have kitchen furniture and appliances installed as well as an entrance wardrobe, which provides considerable convenience and savings. Practicality is added by the presence of a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a compact and practical storage space located under the stairs. In addition, there is a spacious technical room next to the house section and a room between the terraces for storing garden tools and other necessary items.

Outdoor Area

The residential area is concentrated in a cul-de-sac and the houses are positioned some distance from each other, thus providing more privacy. The homes are in turn enclosed with a fence, ensuring a safe environment for the family's youngest members.

The plot sizes are varied and everyone will find one suitable for their needs – a smaller plot for those who enjoy rest and summer weather, and larger ones for hobby gardening or children's play areas. Each unit includes a private terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the sauna-shower room on the lower floor.

The plots have initial greenery and landscaping, with more detailed garden design awaiting the creativity and preferences of the new residents. A spacious house entrance driveway area allows parking two cars without worry.

The residential area will also have a children's playground, which is an ideal place for new friendships and lasting bonds to form and from where shared adventures and memorable childhood memories can begin.
