Louise Homes with Distinctive Architecture Being Built in Characteristic Cassisaba

Striking and soundproof facade

The building's striking facade is in harmony with the wooden and stone buildings of the surrounding area and clearly expresses the distinctive character of Kassisaba. The dark wooden and light pearl-tone stone facade form a unified whole.

At the same time, according to Kiili, the architects have ensured when planning the apartment layout and facade that residents here will be away from city noise, and in material selection, in addition to soundproofing, they have taken into account the ease of cleaning the facade.

Luise 13 has 13 two- and three-room apartments available (size 38.2 – 68.9 m2) and one four-room apartment (108.7 m2). The apartments will be completed by the end of 2023.
