How to Decorate Your Home for Easter

Easter marks the arrival of spring and everything new. The days are longer, nature is beginning to show signs of awakening, and everything seems to be just ahead. We'll give you some tips on how to create a cheerful and springtime atmosphere in your home. A small hint: eggs and bunnies are still in fashion.
A larger pot of hyacinths and daffodils
Fresh flowers make any room shine. Buy several pots of daffodils and hyacinths and place them on a single stand. A large flower cluster is so massive and beautiful that besides a bowl of colorful eggs, your room doesn't need anything else.
Eggs dyed with onion skins
We think all dyed eggs are truly very beautiful, but nothing can compare to onion skins.
Take white eggs, pieces of fabric or foil (newspaper also works), place onion skins on top and wrap the eggs in it. Tie it shut with string and put to boil. Add a bit of vinegar to the water and boil for about 10 minutes. The longer you boil, the brighter the color of the eggs will be. Hmm, we should also mention that the harder the eggs will be, so if someone doesn't like them that way, they should keep that in mind.
Fresh branches
Put birch branches in a larger vase and create decorations for them together with the children. These could be, for example, paper cut-out shapes, feathers, or blown-out eggs.
Egg-shaped candles
If you don't have time to mess around with boiling and dyeing eggs, you can create a holiday atmosphere with ceramic Easter eggs or egg-shaped candles.
Buy a larger portion of smaller candles or ceramic eggs and display them on a single plate. Or get a few larger ones that can also form their own arrangement.
Bunny-shaped napkins
Check out the video below to see how to fold holiday napkins with bunny ears for the Easter table. Both cloth and paper napkins work for this.

An enamel bucket full of tulips
If you have an old enamel bucket at home that still holds water nicely, then buy a lovely bunch of tulips and you'll have a decoration that no one else has!

Pillow covers with ducks
We know that stores can have all sorts of strange Easter decorations, but cute bunny and duck pillow covers are certainly worth considering. Of course, if they fit your interior.
Bunny-shaped treats
Who said you can only make bird and animal shaped glazed cookies for Christmas? Buy shortbread dough, search through your cookie cutters for a bunny, bird, heart, and sun, and shape some nice cookies with them. Put them in the oven and glaze with nice pastel spring colors. Enjoy with the whole family!
And if your family often bakes buns or cupcakes, then this time make them little ears. J
If someone had the idea to use the holiday season for a major spring cleaning, which we gave tips about in this post, then according to folk wisdom, one should not work during Easter and especially loud activities are greatly frowned upon. Use this time to be together with family instead.
Happy egg dyeing!
