KRC Ehitus Received a 20 Million Contract for Laferme Houses Construction
Real estate development company Pirita tee Kinnisvara OÜ signed a 20 million euro contract with KRC Ehitus for the reconstruction of the historic building of the Laferme complex located on Pirita Road in Tallinn and the construction of a modern building as a new addition to it. The building complex, connected through the first floor and an underground parking garage, will be completed according to plans in summer 2025.
According to Ingmar Saksing, a member of the board of LVM Kinnisvara, which handles the sales of the building, the historic part of Laferme will be completely renovated and a modern extension that harmoniously fits with the surrounding buildings will be added to it. "This is a prestigious location well-known to all Tallinners on Pirita Road between the Song Festival Grounds and the Lillepaviljon. Over the past decade, several new residential buildings have been built in the area that are highly valued and popular on the real estate market. Laferme's architect Tormi Sooväli has done excellent work, and in addition to high-quality interior solutions, the appearance and harmonious overall impression of the entire complex are also ensured," said Saksing.
Laferme will have a total of 64 guest apartments and 8 commercial spaces. The apartments are of various sizes with 1-5 rooms, with a total area of 37-204 square meters. The building has high ceilings and its own solar power plant. "Laferme's sound insulation is higher than required by law, because silence is a luxury that everyone deserves. In accordance with a modern solution, Laferme has been built as a smart home so that each owner can optimize energy costs according to their preferences," introduced Ingmar Saksing the advantages of the Laferme development. According to him, this is one of the most attractive projects on the Tallinn real estate market in the coming years.
