A Barn Raising Was Held at the Center Homes

Keskuse Kodud

The Keskuse Kodud development rising in the heart of Saue reached an important milestone last Thursday – the buildings achieved their maximum height, which was marked with a traditional roof-raising celebration. With this, the developers PSP Capital OÜ and KIN Kinnisvara thank all cooperation partners who have contributed to the construction of the buildings.

According to Rain Koort, a board member of KIN Kinnisvara, the Keskuse Kodud houses represent an important milestone that has begun the renovation of the industrial area located in Saue city center, transforming it into a pleasant urban environment. Only 31 apartments will be built in the two houses of the development, and since the majority of the apartments are 3- and 4-room units, the main clientele are seen to be larger and smaller families.

"In addition to the central location, the apartments are designed so that the rooms receive plenty of light. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, which means there are no radiators in the apartments, allowing maximum use of space. The energy class of the buildings is A, there are solar panels on the roof, and all apartments have cooling options," Koort listed the main advantages of the development.

The development is being sold by Uus Maa, and according to its representative Meelis Paldre, Saue offers all the advantages of a small town. "Saue has very well-developed infrastructure, Tallinn city center can be reached quickly by car and train, and all major service points and shops are within reach. The main interested parties so far have been people who are connected to Saue in one way or another," added Paldre.

The Keskuse Kodud buildings will be completed at the end of this year, after which apartments can begin to be handed over to new owners. More information about the development can be found at keskusekodud.ee
