Invego Sold 174 New Homes in a Year and Completed a Business Quarter Worth 75 Million Euros
The growth of residential real estate volumes began last year in Latvia, where the company sold 83 apartments in Riga and its surroundings, which is more than twice as many as a year earlier. "Last year Invego sold more homes in Estonia than in Latvia, but this year both the general market development and several of our own large-scale projects are reaching a phase that allows us to forecast a significant growth in sales volumes precisely there," commented Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi and added that alongside the six projects so far, home sales also began this year in the new Tornakalna Terrace and during the year plans are to launch two more large-scale developments.
According to Kantar Emor data, Invego, which belongs to Estonia's three most renowned real estate developers, completed the sale of homes in Tiskreoja residential area with 500 homes in Estonia last year, but no new projects were added. "The development of complete residential areas is a long process and sales often depend on the development phase of different projects. Just a couple of weeks ago we launched public sales of Verve, a residential area of townhouses being built in Viimsi's most prestigious area, alongside Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla and Keila Park homes," described Invego's CEO and added that the beginning year is expected to bring stability and slight growth to the Estonian market.
In addition to residential development, the previous year was very successful for Invego in the commercial real estate sector, when the 75 million euro business quarter Krulli Park was completed in Tallinn, whose anchor tenant is Wise. "This is not only a business success story, but Krulli Park as a development project has received multiple recognitions," comments Vähi, highlighting that Krulli Park received recognition from the City of Tallinn for a renovated and expanded building that enriches the historical environment. Additionally, the quarter was among the nominees for Tallinn Business Awards Project of the Year 2025, Cultural Capital Annual Award 2025, Estonian Interior Architects Association Annual Award 2025 and Building of the Year in Wood 2025. Invego recently completed another office building in Tallinn, in the Telliskivi district with a volume of 1500 square meters, in which completion a total of 5 million euros was invested.
