Invego 9.5% Bond Subscription Period Ends Friday

Real estate developer Invego Group OÜ's bond subscription period at the group level with a 9.5% interest rate ends on Friday, March 20 at 15:30.

The offering volume is up to 4,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euros, and in case of oversubscription, the company has the right to increase the offering to up to 8,000 bonds. The bonds have a four-year maturity, a fixed interest rate of 9.5% per annum, and interest is paid quarterly. The bonds are planned to be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North bond list.

"The group's bond issuance supports stable growth of our entire strategic international development portfolio. In the first two months of this year, we have started construction of the Verve residential area in Estonia and the Tornakalna Terrace and Nordale residential areas in Latvia. In total, Invego currently has 13 different residential areas in active development and public sale in three countries," comments Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi. Invego sold 183 new homes last year for a total value of 48 million euros. In addition to success in the residential real estate sector, Invego has completed the development of Tallinn's most modern business quarter, Krulli Park, and a new office building in the Telliskivi district over the past year.

Retail and institutional investors in the Baltic countries can submit subscription orders at all banks in the Baltic countries offering investment services. To subscribe, you need an active securities account and the minimum subscription amount is 1,000 euros. Since banks may stop accepting subscription orders in online banking at an earlier time, it is recommended to submit your electronic order by noon on March 20 at the latest. The offering results will be announced on March 23, and the first trading day of the bonds is planned for March 30 or a nearby date.
