A Cozy Kirsiõue Neighborhood is Rising in Saku Town
Housing developer Bonava is moving beyond Tallinn's borders and is building the Kirsiõue new development in Saku town.
Kirsiõue is Bonava's latest development and is located on the border of Saku town, surrounded by green areas and new residential buildings. In the first phase of the project, 64 apartments ranging from two to four rooms and measuring 43.2 – 82.1 m² will be put up for sale, ready for move-in in autumn 2023.
„Saku has very good and fast connections to the capital, which makes living there attractive to Tallinn residents who prefer to live in a quiet and green residential area, yet where the conveniences of city life remain accessible – kindergartens, schools and shops are nearby and diverse sports opportunities are available in your neighbourhood," said the development's project manager Kätlin Villmann.
Bonava Estonia's managing director Taavi Soorm said that in today's volatile market conditions, the reliability and transparency of housing developers becomes increasingly important for homebuyers.
„This year has brought a number of challenges to the real estate market, which also affects consumer confidence. As a responsible company, we want to confirm even in the current market conditions that Bonava follows its existing principles of operation – buyers of new homes from us can be certain that the price set out in the sales contract is final and is not subject to revision during the construction of the home," he explained.
The Kirsiõue apartments are assigned a particularly energy-efficient B energy class, and convenient living arrangements are provided by parking in the courtyard of the building and a storage room on the first floor. The building has a safe bicycle room with a stroller storage area, which is accessible both from outside and from the common corridor. From the Kirsiõue courtyard, a connection is created to the existing soft mobility paths, so that in addition to leisure rides, children will have the opportunity to cycle to school in the future. A train station is within walking distance, which ensures fast connections to Tallinn and other nearby settlements.
