The modern Silicate Technopark, located on 28 hectares, was established in a historically developing industrial building area in the Nõmme city district in Männik. According to the detailed plan, up to 22 plots can accommodate up to four-story stock-office type buildings and traditional business, warehouse, and production buildings. Flexible planning provides the opportunity to combine different plots, allowing for future expansion. All necessary technical networks are available: water, sewerage, electricity, gas, heating, and communications. The proximity of water boreholes and a regional substation provides the opportunity for high-voltage and water consumption.
