1. Accommodation Building No. 1 with a total area of 664 m2 (full basement, 1st floor, and attic floor)

In the basement are technical rooms, storage rooms, on the 1st floor rooms, offices, recreation rooms, dining hall, kitchen, and on the attic floor accommodation rooms. The building can accommodate up to 40 people.

2. Accommodation Building No. 2 with a total area of 188 m2 (1st floor and attic floor)

The building was used as a staff building, with accommodation rooms on the attic floor and offices on the 1st floor. With minor reconstruction, the building can accommodate up to 16 people. Next to the building is an underground basement with a total area of 34.2 m2.

3. Accommodation Building No. 3 - ongoing 3-story building, with a construction area of 690 m2, useful area of 979 m2.

The building has new windows, is insulated, walls are covered with facade panels, roof with profile metal sheets. The last works were carried out in September 2001, interior works are unfinished.

According to the project, 2 floors are planned in the building, but it is possible to develop the attic floor into rooms, and with this, the total area would be at least 1600 m2. The building can accommodate up to 70 people.

4. Water Well H-119 m with a sanitary zone of 50 m, water pipeline 217 rm, plastic fire water tank 50 m3. Water treatment equipment is located in the basement of Building 1.

5. Boiler room with a capacity of 180 kW and fuel tank in the basement of Building 1, and an underground pre-insulated heating pipeline 240 rm to other buildings.

6. Sewage pipeline 220 rm, grease trap Fertil R-1.2, transfer pump Sarlin 760-1, treatment facilities MIT-90 with a bio-deposit.

The complex receives electrical power from the Jaama substation with 2*0.4kV cables, main protection 160A.

All facilities are modern and have usage permits.

Since the communications are local, they do not have high operating costs and fees. All buildings have similar exterior finishing and tones and blend well with the surrounding pine forest. The plot has space for walking and recreation areas, with a total of 365 m2 of paved roads and areas.
